2008 WTT Line Umpire Expense Procedure

  1. Each Line Umpire will maintain their own expense report for the entire season.  The office will not accept multiple expense reports or reports submitted by coordinators.

  2. At the end of the season each line umpire will submit their report to Bryan Hicks via an online expense form at http://officials.wtt.com.  For officials that do not have email, they may mail or fax the report to Bryan.  This must be completed by August 19th, 2008. Officials who submit their expense reports after August 19th, 2008 may have their pay delayed.

  3. Coordinators will email Bryan Hicks the officials who worked their matches once the season has been completed.

  4. Bryan Hicks will then approve the expense reports and have checks issued.
