    Tickets

  • What happens if I lost my ticket or it's been stolen?
    • Please call 417-837-5800.
  • May I Will Call my ticket(s), and where is the Will Call Pickup area?
    • You may request tickets be held for Will Call when order is placed. Will Call tickets may be picked up at the front gate ticket tent on match night or in advance at the Cooper Tennis Complex customer service counter.
    • Note: Tickets ordered online, by phone or through the mail less than one week in advance will be automatically placed in Will Call to avoid late arrival to requested destination.
  • May I purchase a ticket at the gate?
    • Although we encourage and recommend advance ticket purchases, tickets are for sale at the front gate ticket tent, subject to availability.
  • Is there corporate hospitality available?
    • We have a VIP Food Court area available to all National and Local Sponsors, VIP Season Box Seat Package Holders, and fans that purchase a VIP Season Food Court Pass or a combo ticket package that includes an individual match VIP Food Pass.
    • At some matches National and Local Gold Sponsors host a hospitality tent exclusively for their guests.
    • Excellent concessions for light fair are available a short walk east of the stadium, and Ozarks Coca-Coca/Dr Pepper Bottling Company provides drink concessions around the stadium perimeter.
    • We welcome special requests. Call the Lasers office at 417-864-1339.


    Venue - Match Nights

  • When do the gates open?
    • Gates open at 6:00 p.m.
  • Are my seats in the sun or in the shade?
    • Stadium eastside tickets holders will be facing the sun for the first few minutes of the match, until blocked by the venue's buildings west of the stadium.
  • May I purchase food at the match?
    • Yes. Provided at the venue are excellent concessions for light fair and the Ozarks Coca-Coca/Dr Pepper Bottling Company provides drinks stations around the stadium.
  • Is there free parking?
    • Yes. All parking is free and very convenient to the main gate. VIP Season Box Seat Ticket Packages may be purchased, which provide VIP Parking Passes for the best parking locations.
    • On arrival, fans requesting special assistance will be directed to the most convenient drop-off point, near the main gate.
  • Is there disabled access parking?
    • Yes. Limited disabled parking is available, on a first-come basis. If disable parking is full, our parking attendants will help locate the most convenient parking available.
  • May I bring alcohol or my own cooler?
    • No! Alcohol is prohibited by the City of Springfield at the venue. Personal coolers are also prohibited.
  • Are there ATM's?
    • No. Though, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted for ticket purchases at the main gate.
  • Are there shaded rest areas?
    • Yes. A very nice patio with tables and chairs is provided inside and a few feet to the left of the main gate.

  • May I be a Volunteer?
    • Yes. Click here for additional information and to register.
  • May I become a Ball Boy/Girl?
    • Yes. If you are or will be age 10-15 by July 2006, apply by calling Lori Hunt, Ball Boy/Girl supervisor, after March 1, 2006, at (417) 886-2664. Training sessions are in June, 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.-noon at Cooper Tennis Complex. Requests will be take on a first-come basis until openings are filled.
